Dan Critchley – Adventure monger

Dan Critchley, our level 2 British Cycling qualified mtb guide, knows The Lakes and its trails well, having lived locally and biked the superb mountain paths and woodland trails since he was a teenager in the early 90s. Dan grew up on a mountain bike, but with the rise of the gravel bike, he’s broadened his view and fully embraced these versatile machines too…maybe because they’re basically 90s mountain bikes with drop bars!

Dan is a competent bike mechanic, and with a lifetime of experience in ‘trailside fixes’, you can be sure to be kept rolling.
