King’s Cup Gravel Festival 2020
We’re excited to introduce the King’s Cup Gravel Festival to you! The event features a Gravel Fondo (78km & 52km), Gravel Race (78km & 52km), a Time Trial (18.1km) and a Team Relay (4x 18.1km). We'll also have on-site camping and live music to make for a great festival atmosphere once we're finally allowed back to enjoying sports events! 😅🙏We’re also particularly excited to host the inaugural British Gravel Championships. Winners of the Men’s Gravel Races, Women’s Gravel Race, Men’s Gravel Time Trial and Women’s Gravel Time Trial will be crowned British Gravel Champions and be presented with a unique British Gravel Champion jersey. Winners will be crowned in all Masters Age Groups (as per UCI definition).Since there's a lot of uncertainty around events happening this year, we're currently running a free of charge pre-registration system. TWEEDLOVE GRITOPIA 2020
Bergamont Gritopia 2019 from TweedLove Bike Festival on Vimeo. Gritopia will take you on a journey to many new places in the valley hinterland, leaving the traffic far behind and often far below you. Expect mile after mile of empty grit and gravel with a few stretches of quiet tarmac linking it all up.There will be two course lengths;The Long One | approx. 75km The Short(er) One | approx. 45km All you need to do is pick one of them… you can do this nearer the time – no need to decided just yet.Any suitable bike will do. A dedicated gravel bike is perfect but a mountain bike will be fine too. 2020 Yorkshire Dales 300 or 200 ITT event
The YD200 for 2020 will be a 200-mile road event within the stunning Yorkshire Dales.This epic road ride can either be an exhausting non-stop effort or a more relaxed if 17,000ft of climbing can be called relaxed, two-day effort. Bike pack your ride or plan a B&B. I’ll leave that up to you.The route takes in many classic Dales climbs, views and vistas and passes through some beautiful villages, tourist attractions and resupply points.
