Adventure Cycle Festival

The event was set up in association with Brathay Trust with the primary aim of inspiring more people to use their bike as an adventure vehicle. Attendees will be able to take part in a number of rides and challenges, see and demo both bikes and equipment from a selection of key brands, be inspired by talks and gain additional expertise through workshops.

The festival will revolve around an event village with trade stands from where other activities will take place. The aim is for this to include a gravel / cross ‘challenge’, guided overnight bikepacking trips in the Lakes, a ‘loaded’ hill climb, self-guided rides, workshops & presentations. In the evening the event village will play host to a bar and band.
