OVERVIEW Our gravel event returns for a second year. It’s ideal for gravel bikes, MTBs, cyclocross bikes & ebikes & takes in the best gravel trails of East Devon. New for 2022 is our extreme 100K route. All four routes take in some of the best sections of Woodbury Common. Highlights include Woodbury Castle & some great single track on the common, a section of the Exe Estuary path, a climb up for views of the sea at the top of Beacon Hill and also Mutter Moor. The routes are designed to be ridden on a gravel bike but a cyclocross bike or a lightweight XC mountain bike will be almost as quick. E-mountain bikes are also welcome. Starting in the historical city of Bath, the route heads north into the stunning Cotswolds AONB, which as many bikers know, is such a great area to ride. The route has been created with the purpose of linking the many fun descents this area offers.. There are incredibly over TWENTY FIVE significant down hill sections on this route which of course means a lot of uphill too! The 200 MILE route covers the full length of The Cotswolds area there and back. This isn’t a regular ‘there n back’ route though – the return leg is on an entirely different route! Riding through Somerset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Worcesterhire, Warwickshire and back again, the many highlights will include some of the best biking trails found in England.    GHOSTRIDER GRAVEL BIKE RACE OVERVIEW The GhostRider Gravel Bike Race is the epic nighttime gravel bike race you’ve been searching for. The concept of the GhostRider is to conquer a 13-mile gravel bike circuit as often as you choose in a 4-hour time window, all under cover of darkness. The GhostRider Gravel Event will take place on the 26th of November, starting at 4 pm. Combining 50% Gravel and 50% tarmac, the circuit starts just north of the village of Helmsley in the North York Moors at Harriet Air Farm, with a 2.5-mile road section to begin with. You’ll then go off-road and traverse 7.5 miles of twisting, tree-lined gravel paths before returning to the road for the final 3 miles back to the checkpoint to start your following circuit. The Haldon Heroic is a Gravel Ride / CX sportive showcasing the best gravel trails in the Haldon Forest Area. There will be a professional photographer out on the course, taking action photos as a memento of your day with us. All photos are free. There will also be a professional Sports Massage Therapist available at the HQ (optional service – not included as part of your entry fee) and a Bike Wash Bay (free to use – included with entry fee). One of our most popular rides of the year. Explore this beautiful, rural corner of North Wales with some of the best gravel roads in the UK. Choose between the punchy 53km short & 80km medium routes or take on the EPIC long route – 110km and over 2,300m of elevation, one of our hardest routes of the year. All of the distances take in lovely varied route over rolling hills, through deep forests & around picturesque reservoirs. One of the bucket list places to ride on the gravel in the UK.  Highlights Beautiful scenery throughout on a varied ride through rolling hills, deep forest & reservoirs. Smooth gravel around Llyn Brenig & Alwen Reservoir Take on the lovely medium or short route or brave the epic long route – possibly our hardest ride of the season.

Ride some of the best gravel in the South of England on the Salisbury Plain Gravel X! A perfect season ender with a 93km route taking in a mix of road, singletrack through the woods and sweeping gravel trails on the Plain. The course is rolling throughout with a couple of fun climbs to get onto the top of the Plain. Easy to get to from all over the South of England & Midlands, this ride offer real escapism far away from towns and traffic. Highlights Ride the best gravel in the South of England with long, flowing sections on the Plain. Varied route taking in singletrack through woods and epic views. Easy to get to from the South / Midlands but we quickly get into lovely, remote countryside in this unique part of the country.

Sherwood Forest Gravel X

A beautiful 50 to 83km gravel ride in the East Midlands. Most of the route is on fast & flat(ish) forest tracks in the glorious Sherwood Forest. Suitable for experienced off roaders or riders new to the gravel and a season ending big ride this Autumn. This is one of our most popular rides of the year with a fun, social atmosphere on the route and at the rider village.Sunday ride (same route) entries still available, book your place HERE Highlights Beautiful woodland tracks in Sherwood Forest. Great first off roader for newer gravel riders on a remote but un-technical course Perfect season ender with a flat / rolling route and options for long, medium or short routes depending on how the legs are feeling after winter.
